Shipping:

Original paintings are meticulously created using archival quality watercolor, ink or 24k gold foil on watercolor paper and shipped directly from Mary's studio in Minnesota. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the preparation and packing of original artwork. Note that larger pieces may involve extra communication to ensure safe delivery.

Mary is dedicated to ensuring that your artwork is securely packaged and shipped to you in a timely manner. Once your artwork is prepared and packed, you can expect the shipping process to take 7-10 business days, as Mary takes the utmost care in handling your unique piece of art.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is Mary's top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost for any original artwork. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear or damage.

To initiate a return, please contact Mary here with your order number and reason for the return. Mary will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, Mary will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and Mary cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping process. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure a safe and successful return.
